Sephra premium milk chocolate fountain chocolate is pure couverture chocolate. It is our richest and most luxurious fountain chocolate, with the sumptuous European taste prized by connoisseurs. Sephra Premium chocolate fountain chocolate is available in Dark (62.5% cocoa solids) and Milk varieties, and is perfect for use in any chocolate fountain, baking and confections.
Sephra Premium Chocolate: This is the best chocolate ever. It is creamy and rich in taste. If you bake, it is like baking with Whole Fat Milk instead of a 2% or lower fat milk. Both are good, but this one just tastes and smells better. Imported directly from Belgium. Highly recommended for wedding or events where you want to make sure everyone leaves impressed.
In 2003 Sephra created the first chocolate for chocolate fountains as we worked with our chocolate manufacturer in Belgium. We wanted a pure chocolate which would flow perfectly every time in our chocolate fountains without adding vegetable oil to the chocolate, which every one was doing at the time. Our efforts set the industry standard and our chocolate for chocolate fountains is now used throughout the world.
